This is the rate savings analysis for the residential market. Look at the chart below that displays a usage of 3,500 kilowatts per month. If you had a rate of 14 cents per kilowatt and you changed to a rate of 12 cents per kilowatt then you would be saving $70 dollars on that particular month with that kind of usage. Multiply that over 12 months and now you have saved around $840.00 dollars for the year assuming that you use that many kilowatts on a monthly basis.
