• What is the difference between a regular Electricity provider and an Electricity broker like Simple Choice Energy??
Simple Choice Energy is a consulting energy firm that puts your business interests before that of any electric provider. We don’t work for any electric company and are not aligned exclusively with any one electric company, so we do not represent only one opportunity.
• Why choose to go with a broker rather than go right to the electric provider myself???
We have exclusive contracts with our providers which gives our company special rates to offer to our customers. Rates that are generally much lower than what the provider will offer the customer directly. The providers have their own representatives that represent their company’s interest, while we only represent the interest of the client and the amount of savings we can find for them through several different programs at many different companies.
• What does it cost to get the rate savings through Simple Choice Energy???
Nothing at all!!! Our services are completely free to all of our customers. We get paid through the providers for bringing them business. We have no responsibility to any one provider, so we make sure that we are setting our customers up with the provider that fits their needs and also saves them the most money.
• Can Simple Choice Energy really save me a lot of money??
You bet we can!! That is the best part. We only sign our customers up under fixed rate programs that are much lower than what they are currently paying or lower than any other bids that they are currently receiving from other providers or brokers. If we can’t beat another company’s bid, or save the client any money than we will not consult the client to sign a contract with us. We only want to do business with a customer if we are benefiting them.
• What happens if my bill is incorrect or if the electric provider that Simple Choice Energy sets me up with is treating me unfairly??
Simple Choice Energy only does business with very well respected electric providers that display honesty and integrity. If there is ever any problem or situation between any of our customers and the electric provider that we broker a contract with then we will intervene and serve as their advocate to solve or repair any incorrect bill statements or contract stipulations. WE HAVE NO PROBLEM DOING THIS FOR ALL OF OUR CLIENTS!!
